Role Summary

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to provide design support for the global marketing team across UK, Europe, North America, and India. The role will have responsibility for designing and maintaining visual deliverables that promote the Clinisys brand.

Key Duties

  • Responsible for designing and maintaining visual deliverables that promote the Clinisys brand and solutions, including imagery, marketing collateral, video and campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, Infographics/diagrams, conference event concepts and materials
  • Design support for the global marketing team in UK, Europe, North America and India with digital graphics and video content for presentations, social media, the company website, email marketing and printed media
  • Must be able to translate strategic business objectives into creative solutions.
  • Delivers fresh and modern design elements, in line with the Clinisys brand to promote the company and its products, across all mediums
  • Alongside the global marketing team, act as a brand ambassador managing, advising, and maintaining corporate brand design across the organization
  • Maintain Brand Central, the corporate brand asset library and guides to ensure brand consistency throughout
  • Monitor industry design trends, technologies, and standards and be able to research, recommend and apply new technologies and techniques as necessary
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Work with outsourced agencies and business partners to fulfil marketing objectives.

 

Key Skills, Abilities and Experience

To be a great Graphic Designer you need a range of functional and technical skills.

  • Strong background and experience in Inhouse / Corporate Graphic Design
  • Expertise in owning and evolving company brand guidelines, and supporting the business in the use and implementation of brand / marketing assets.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other Creative Suite software.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of digital and print processes to ensure quality and colour matching.
  • Ability to create both static and video content.
  • Essential knowledge of digital advertising/social platforms and what content works – LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
  • Demonstrate an understanding of relevant audiences; ensuring targeted messages are delivered in line with the overall brand strategy
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and team work ethic
  • A flair for creative digital design with good organisational skills
  • Ability to work with our business partners and bring design/branding concepts to life.

    Desirable

  • A hands-on approach and comfortable operating in an international environment with multiple nationalities and time zones
  • Educated to degree level in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience with technology and software industries.

This role is based from our Chertsey / Woking office, with hybrid working and the ability to work from home a number of days per week; you may be required to undertake occasional travel across the UK to client sites and commitments, company offices, and events, as and when required.
